Mindy Huffer is an Arizona native and has a 20 year background in real estate marketing while juggling the many demands of running her own business while raising a family. In 2018 she joined The Beitzel Team as an administrative/marketing assistant and quickly became a Buyer Specialist for The Beitzel Team.  She is now a 5-Star Rated Realtor with amazing client reviews and also been awarded Double Diamond award in 2021.  Before Larry earned his real estate sales license, he served 32+ years in real estate appraisal in Arizona. Larry served as chief appraiser for Gila County for 20 years and Yavapai County for the last 5 years of his appraisal career before retiring. He has extensive experience in valuation of income properties using the income capitalization approach and served as a litigation specialist for vacant land, residential, commercial and industrial properties. Larry brings a wealth of knowledge to his new career.  He is looking forward to bringing his experience to your home buying and selling process.

Pamela Beitzel is an Arizona native and second-generation Realtor. She moved to Prescott in 1994 to serve the community as a teacher at Prescott High School and Bradshaw Mountain High School.  In 2007, inspired and encouraged by her mother, Pam left teaching to become a full-time Realtor. Pam was Rookie of the Year in 2007 and ranked in the Executive Club in 2012, 2013, and 2014, 2016-2021 and has led the Team to Diamond, Double Diamond, and Pinnacle Awards.  She frequently ranks in the top 1% of Realtors in the Prescott area.

George Beitzel served 21 years in the US Army in both the Army Rangers and Special Forces. After retirement, he taught ROTC at Appalachian State University and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. While spending time in Prescott, George met Pam. They began dating and selling real estate together – two years later, they were married.    The leadership, organizational and management skills that George honed in the military have proven invaluable to the real estate profession.  George has led The Beitzel Team to our position as one of the top real estate teams in the greater Prescott area. George was also the PAAR President in 2021.
